Christian Pulisic, an American-born professional soccer player for Chelsea and the United States national team, has a devoted mother named Kelley.

Gross Value

Although her true net worth is still unclear, we do know how rich her great-son Christian, who is also known as Captain America because of his exceptional playing ability, is. Christian has a net worth of $10 million.

Both Christian Kelley and her husband

When they were both soccer players at George Mason University, Kelley and Mark Pulisic first met. They both graduated from the university with degrees in physical education. In the 1990s, her hubby also participated in professional indoor soccer with the Harrisburg Heat. He is currently a youth and professional-level coach.

When Kelley received a Fulbright Scholarship and the opportunity to teach in Woodstock, England, in a teacher’s exchange program for a year from 2007–2008, he brought Christian with him, allowing Christian to have his first international experience while Mark was busy with many different clubs in England.

For the sake of Christian

Christian, who was then 17 years old, was playing for the Borussia Dortmund under-19 team, so Mark moved to Germany to be with him. He didn’t return until Christian signed a professional contract with the team at the age of 18.

At the time, Kelley and DeeDee were residing in New York. The first was challenging in Germany, according to Mark, because they both longed home: he missed his wife and children, and Christian missed his mother and sister.

Even though there were some difficult times, they stuck together, helped one another, and pledged to work hard for an entire year. Due to the country’s cultural variety and language barriers, they faced additional challenges in Germany. Being enrolled in a German school and having to take German lessons after school before training made life difficult for Christian. Additionally, Mark needed 2.5 years to fully grasp German.

When Christian replaced Adrian Ramos in the second half of a 2-0 victory over Ingolstadt, Kelley was unable to see his Bundesliga debut. The first time Mark saw Christian on the field is still fresh in his mind.

He claimed that he was shaking from anxiety and that he didn’t feel better until the game was over. He considers it to be the most unforgettable experience of his life. Mark left Christian behind in late 2016, thinking it was time for him to come back, and went to live alone in Dortmund.

Amazon Prime Video Sport asked Christian who among his parents, in his opinion, played better football at the Christmas Special, and he responded with his mother. He said, “I’ll give credit to my mother on this one. He continued by claiming that his parents are both top-notch performers in a variety of musical genres.

Kelley possesses outstanding football

Former athlete Kelley was shown exhibiting incredible football skills in a video published by Christian. In the kitchen, where the mother and son were juggling the ball while Kelley showed off her dribbling skills, the video was recorded. Christian added in the video, “And y’all thought I got it from my dad.

This is how Kelley’s games were described by Hank Leung, her former George Mason coach. He expressed gratitude that they had Kelley and thought she was a superb player for them. The advantage of having a top local player was significant. He could always count on her to get things done on and off the field because she was one of his captains. He said she was outstanding at what she did.
