Dee Ann Warner, a resident of Lenawee County, has been absent since April 2021 for unknown reasons. Her family suspects foul play, and the investigation into her disappearance continues. Keep abreast of the case’s development.

Dee Ann Warner Missing Update 2023

Since April 2021, Lenawee County resident Dee Ann Warner has been missing, prompting a complex and ongoing investigation into her disappearance.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are shrouded in mystery, which has alarmed her family and associates.

Law enforcement agencies, including the Michigan State Police, have participated in the investigation of the Dees case. The Michigan State Police assumed responsibility for the investigation in August 2022 at the request of Lenawee County Sheriff Troy Bevier.

Private investigators, including attorney Billy Little, have actively pursued leads to discover the truth about her disappearance.

Ann Warners’ family and loved ones remain determined to discover the circumstances surrounding her disappearance as the quest for answers continues.

Due to ongoing legal proceedings, suspicions of wrongdoing, and investigations, the case remains complex and unsettling, leaving the community frantic for resolution.

The suspicion of foul play has been heightened by reports from Dee’s family and close acquaintances that she was distressed on the day she vanished after a heated argument with Dale.

She reportedly intended to file for divorce that evening. Legal proceedings have exacerbated the situation further.

Dale Warner and Mark Weisberg were in civil contempt of court for failing to comply with court orders regarding the sharing of essential financial documents and transactions pertaining to the estate of Dees.

This new information casts further doubt on the circumstances surrounding Dees’ disappearance.

Is Dale Warne, the husband of Dee Ann Warner Arrested?

Dale Warner, the spouse of Dee Ann Warner, was detained during a conservatorship hearing in Lenawee County, a significant turn of events.

This occurrence follows Dees’ protracted absence and Dales’ recent legal troubles.

The case of Ann Warners has been shrouded in mystery and suspicion. Dale Warner, her spouse, has been declared in contempt of court for failing to comply with court orders.

This led to his detention during the hearing for the conservatorship. John Polderman, the attorney for Charles Bullock, the guardian of Dees, expressed concern regarding the lack of compliance with court orders, and the court concurred with their assessment.

The conservatorship intended to evaluate and protect Dees’ estate, necessitating financial documents from Dale and Mark Weisberg, his assistant.

Weisberg confessed during the hearing that he obstructed Poldermans’ access to financial documents during a visit to the Warner farm and that he failed to submit certain checks due to an oversight.

After determining that Dale and Weisberg were in contempt of court, Judge Catherine Sala of the Lenawee County Probate Court ordered their arrest.

According to the court’s directive, they were handcuffed and taken to the Lenawee County jail until they provided the required documentation.

The family of Dees has responded to this news with a range of emotions. The “Justice For Dee” movement, led by Kathryn Adams, expressed relief and vindication, believing that Dale will be held accountable for his actions since Dee’s disappearance now that he has been arrested.

The family of Dees has long held suspicions that Dales was involved in her disappearance.

Despite Dales’ initial objection, her family is presently engaged in a legal battle to have her declared legally deceased, with a ruling scheduled for August 16.

If Dale is proclaimed dead, her family intends to file a civil wrongful death lawsuit against him.
