The main topic of this article is Justin Burt’s Missing Update 2023. Bullitt County police said that since the lady who confessed to stabbing and pushing the guy into the Ohio River, the male has not been seen.

Nicole Lynn Stivers, 33, was taken into custody by the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office in November 2020, and they charged her with first-degree assault and abduction resulting in severe bodily damage.

By her arrest citation, Stivers admitted to stabbing someone in the abdomen at the start of September, loading him into her vehicle, traveling to Indiana, and shoving him over the Ohio River. The victim had not been found, according to the citation.

The citation does not identify the victim, and at the time, a spokesman of the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office refused to disclose any details.

However, as the sheriff’s office said in an early October Facebook post, Justin Burt, a 32-year-old neighbor of Stivers and her husband, Brandon, vanished early on September 4 and was last seen going toward the pair.

The arrest record states that the incident occurred “on or about 09/04/2020.” Let’s read the article to find out more about the 2023 Justin Burt Missing Update.

2023 Justin Burt Missing Update: Is he Alive or Dead?

People are still interested in the Justin Burt missing case. In Bullitt County, a family is searching desperately for a loved one who disappeared. The 32-year-old Justin Burt disappeared early in September. He remains out of sight.

Walt Sholar, the Bullitt County Sheriff, states that he is around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. His arms are covered with tattoos. “He was last seen late at night and early in the morning on September 3rd,” said Sholar.

Family members have been using social media, word-of-mouth marketing, T-shirts, and other resources at their disposal to assist in finding Burt. Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office detectives are presently searching for Burt and the necessary information.

According to Sholar, “On Saturday, September 5, the Burt family submitted a missing persons report to Deputy Joseph Rogers.”

Family members and sheriff’s investigators said that Burt was last seen leaving his mother’s house on Angelina Road, which is near East Blue Lick Road.

Police don’t believe Burt was taken against his will, but they do believe what he left behind might put him at risk.

Sholar said, “He needs to be taking the medication that has been prescribed to him—that’s one of the reasons we have determined he’s in danger.”

Sholar continued by saying that they were unable to confirm reports that shots had been fired close on the evening that Burt disappeared.

News of Justin Burt’s Death

Due to his prolonged absence, some assume he is dead, yet no evidence has been found to support this belief. His family arranged a memorial ceremony for Justin in May, which his grandparents could still make.

Nicole Stivers is being detained at the Bullitt County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond.

Regarding Burt’s disappearance, the police are still looking for Brandon Stivers, who is sought on charges of assault and abduction. He is supposedly living in rehabilitation housing in Louisville’s Portland region, according to the police.

According to the citation, Stivers acknowledged stabbing the individual on October 29, in Summit County, Ohio, when she was being detained. She was brought to the Bullitt County Detention Facility on Wednesday.

In the meanwhile, Brandon Stivers was arrested in February 2022 and charged with first-degree assault, abduction, and tampering with physical evidence.

Brandon Stivers has not been seen since September 2020, according to the BCSO. The FBI said they “believe there may be individuals with information regarding the whereabouts of Justin Burt that did not come forward before,” even though both suspects are in jail.

Investigations concerning Burt’s disappearance are still ongoing.
