They serve as living proof that not all Hollywood love stories are meant to last a few years. James Carpinello And Amy Acker have been wed for more than two decades. The couple’s two teenagers appear to have inherited their performative tendencies from them as well.

The Marriage of Amy Acker and James Carpinello

It is conceivable that Acker and Carpinello first met while working in one of their professions. After all, they have more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry.

Acker debuted in the film industry earlier than her partner, in 1997, whereas he didn’t until 2000. Prior to his film career taking off, he was already performing in the theater.

The couple wed on April 23, 2003, at the Hans Fahden Vineyard in Napa Valley, California, in a lavish “wine and flowers” wedding. On her wedding day, Acker wore a sheath dress by Reva Mivasagar. Her husband wore a black Armani suit with a white shirt and tie underneath for an Italian wedding appearance.

Her grandmother’s jewelry, which also functioned as her “something borrowed,” helped Acker complete her bridal ensemble. According to this, the couple has been dating for 19 years and plans to wed in August 2022.

Acker shared a lovely Instagram image for their 19th wedding anniversary on April 25, 2022. Happy anniversary, @jimmycarp! She re-posted a black-and-white image of them walking around hand in hand from their wedding day. It’s difficult to believe 19 years have passed. I love you!

Amy Acker and James Carpinello’s children

Two years after getting married, on January 13, 2005, Jackson James Carpinello, their son, was born. They welcomed his sibling, daughter Ava Grace Carpinello, the following September 1. The performing arts have already piqued the interest of teenagers.

James, who is 17 years old, previously starred alongside his parents in the 2022 short Creeper. He will receive his diploma from The Buckley School in California in 2023, according to his Instagram account.

Ava, on the other hand, found her early meaning in a childhood activity that Acker enjoyed: dancing. Before pursuing acting, Acker spent 13 years studying dance, and it appears that Ava has inherited her dancer DNA.

She will graduate from Los Angeles County High School for the Arts in 2025 as a senior. Acker and her family are listed as dividing their time between Los Angeles and New York on her website, most likely as a result of Carpinello’s links to Broadway and the theater.
