After having brain surgery, Dawn Lyn, a well-known child actress, and star of My Three Sons, is currently unconscious. Stanley Livingston and Tina Cole, Lynn’s My Three Sons co-stars, shared the news on social media and stated that she is fighting for her life. Livingston said on Facebook last week.

The wealth of Dawn Lyn

Between the ages of 4 and 15, Dawn Lyn, a former child actor, had a range of roles in both TV shows and movies. She became well-known for her role as Dodie Douglas in the hit sitcom My Three Sons. Idolnetworth.com has pegged the 59-year-old old’s worth as being around $10 million as of November 2022.

In 1970, Lyn made her acting debut in the western film Cry Blood, Apache. She didn’t learn that she had a male role in the movie until many years later when she was four years old. She was chosen to play Prudence Everett in the ABC comedy series Nanny and the Professor’s premiere episode in 1969.

I recently found out that Dawn Lyn (Dodie), my little TV sis, is fighting for her life in a coma. She recently underwent brain tumor removal surgery. Please offer prayers for her swift and full recovery.

When he took Dawn Lyn out to lunch a few weeks previously, Stanley noted that they “had a lovely time reminiscing about our MTS days.” Lyn is “one of the kindest persons” that Livingston has ever encountered, he continued. He claimed in another post that she has meningitis and is unconscious. He went on,

Her brain waves and vital signs are normal. The bacterial disease is being fought off by doctors and nurses. They are optimistic.

Tina Cole also shared information on Lyn’s surgery and coma on social media. Lyn Garrett’s brother, Leif Garrett, said to TMZ that Lyn never wanted anyone to know about the treatment. Since it is now public on social media, he remarked that everyone’s understanding would be greatly appreciated because they are going through a difficult time due to the loss of their parents and cousin.

The 1973 supernatural horror movie The Exorcist had Dawn try out for the role of Regan, but she was too young. She has also appeared in the television shows The Red Hand Gang and Born Free.

Dawn played Moe in the 1974 horror film Devil Time Five, and her final on-screen performance was in an episode of the Wonder Woman television series. She was a part of the Avalon Community Theater Radio Troupe and resided in Avalon, Catalina Island, from 1997 until 2006.
