Griffin Musk is the twin son of Elon Musk, one of the world’s richest men, and his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk. His father, the inventor of SpaceX and CEO of Tesla, is expected to have a net worth of $194 billion USD as of 2023.

In today’s piece, we’ll look into some interesting facts concerning Elon Musk’s kid Griffin. Here are some questions about him, such as his education, dating life, family history, and so on.

Let’s find out more about him in the following article!

Griffin Musk, who is he? Following the death of his older brother, he was conceived through IVF.

Griffin is the well-known celebrity child who rose to prominence as the twin son of business magnate Elon Musk. On April 15, 2004, he and his fraternal brother Xavier were born via IVF.

After their first-born child, Nevada Alexander Musk, died at 10 weeks, his parents decided to only have children through in vitro fertilization. In a hospital in Orange, Country, he died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The infant stayed there for three days before his parents removed him.

Damian’s mother, Justine, decided to try IVF to produce a child a few months after Nevada died. She once stated,

“Instead, I buried my feelings, coping with Nevada’s death with my first visit to an IVF clinic less than two months later.” Elon and I intended to conceive again as soon as possible.”

Xavier, his twin brother, changed his gender from male to female.

Griffin Musk’s twin Xavier made waves in June 2022 when legally changing his gender from male to girl. Her complete name has also been changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson.

In April, Vivan filed legal documents in Santa Monica, California to change his name. The transgender adolescent stated that they wish to adopt their mother’s surname. Vivan explained her life-changing decision, saying she “no longer lives with or wishes to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.”

Griffin Musk’s Parents Divorced

In terms of his parents’ marriage, Elon and Justine married in January 2000. In reality, Musk and his future wife met at college when Musk was 19 and she was 18.

Elon approached her first, but she turned him down numerous times before agreeing to go out with him. Despite her initial resistance, things between the two gradually became amorous, and they began living together in an apartment in the Bay Area. And they had been in a live-in relationship for a long period before their wedding in 2000.

For almost eight years, the two were also in a happy marriage. Their marriage, however, did not survive, and they announced their divorce in September 2008. Musk and his first wife currently share shared custody of their children.

Despite the fact that they split up a long time ago, they remain excellent friends and decent parents to their children.

Griffin’s Parents Remarried After Divorce?

Griffin’s mother, Justine, has kept her love life a secret since their divorce was finalized. His father, though, has subsequently moved on with other high-profile women.

Elon began seeing British actress Talulah Riley the same year his ex-girlfriends split up. In 2010, they married. Nonetheless, their marriage soon hit a snag, and they announced their divorce in 2012. However, they rekindled their romance and remarried in 2013. But their relationship couldn’t last this time.

The world’s richest guy is currently in a wonderful relationship with the artist Grimes. The pair, who began dating in 2018, now have one child, a son born in 2020. Musk and his companion Grimes split up a year after the birth of their kid.

The world’s richest man was believed to be dating his new girlfriend Natasha Bassett in February 2022.

He has four siblings as a result of his parents’ relationship.

Griffin grew up in Los Angeles, California, with his four siblings, one of which was his twin brother. In addition, the celebrity child has three brothers, Damian, Saxon, and Kai, who were born in 2006. All of them, like him and his twin brother, were conceived through IVF.

Griffin and his siblings spend the most of their time with their mother following their parents’ divorce.

Griffin Musk, Elon Musk’s son, attends a school founded by his father.

Griffin’s school life is a little different than that of many celebrity kids because the young boy attends Ad Astra, a school founded by his father. Musk co-founded the institution in 2014 with retired teacher Joshua Dahn to educate his own children as well as the children of SpaceX employees.

In an interview in Beijing, China, the founder of SpaceX remarked regarding the school’s education approach and his motivation for making such a unique start,

“In fact, there are no qualifications; rather than treating school as an assembly line, I believe it makes more sense to attend to education that matches your skills and student abilities.”

Currently, there are more than 40 students, including his five high school-aged sons. And, rather than participating in music or sports, they are all heavily focused on courses such as Artificial Intelligence, design, and coding.

Previously, the innovative school was located in Bel-Air, Los Angeles. However, since Musk sold his property there, it has yet to be revealed where it is now.
