AJ Armstrong Jr.’s elder half-brother is Josh Armstrong. As is well known, AJ is charged with the murders of his parents, Dawn and Antonio Sr., but defense lawyers have long conjectured that Josh could be the murderer.

Arguments throughout the trials have centered on Josh’s mental health. Winston, Josh’s grandma, testified that before the murders, Josh was in a bad place.

However, a state doctor said that Josh’s killings caused him to have a total mental breakdown. Almost two years after the deaths of his mother and father, he twisted from paranoia into schizophrenia, according to his doctors.

Josh was seeing Hannah Pilon, too, not to mention. Hannah said in her testimony that she was in Josh’s apartment the night of the killings.

The next thing she recalled, she claimed, was Josh waking up frantically after staying up late playing video games with his cousin. Some claim that months following the death of his parents, Josh underwent a radical transformation.
