Due to a boat accident in July 2022, state policeman and social media sensation Justin Chiasson has encountered legal problems.

Stalekracker is the stage name of Justin Chiasson. He is a YouTuber, state trooper, recipe author, and social media celebrity.

Stalekraker sprang to fame after the British chef Gordon Ramsey responded to one of his TikTok videos. He is also well-recognized for his witty, snappy writing style and cooking recipes.

There has been a rumor that Stalekracker is facing legal issues. Additionally, other sources said that Stalekraker had been taken into custody.

What was Stalekracker, a.k.a. Justin Chiasson, doing?

State trooper Justin Chiasson strives to maintain public safety as a state trooper in Louisiana. He enjoys practicing his cooking skills in his free time. The social media influencer frequently posts pictures or videos of mouthwatering cuisine.

The state trooper has traveled across his whole state and nation. But it appears that a boating mishap got him into trouble.

WBRZ reports that the incident took place in July 2022. Bryan Nolan was operating a boat, and Chiasson was a passenger.

Bryan sped away from the scene after their boat crashed with a pontoon boat in open water. An off-duty police officer helped the people in the other boat, but Justin never reported the incident.

Following his arrest, Bryan was charged with DWI and hit-and-run. Additionally, he was charged with carelessly operating a boat and causing harm.

Chiasson didn’t encounter any consequences until October when it became known that the State Police was looking into him internally.

Justin had been placed on leave up to the conclusion of the investigation, at which point he would allegedly be sent before a disciplinary panel for review.

Was Stalekracker a DWI suspect?

Although Justin Chiasson has not yet been arrested, he could experience some serious consequences. He was a passenger, but he didn’t report the collision and left the area.

His penalty will be decided during the disciplinary hearing. He could ultimately be fired from his position. But that is only a supposition. Let’s watch to see what transpires.

Stalekracer, a popular TikTok user, reportedly denied any involvement in the start of the internal probe while undergoing a lie detector exam.

Amy Chiasson, Justin’s wife, adamantly refuted any wrongdoing on his part because he was just a passenger. Amy also said that her boyfriend would not submit to a lie detector test because he would not eliminate his lieutenant.

Additionally, Amy stated that Justin had broken ribs from the collision and identified her husband as the true victim. She said that the state trooper hadn’t been allowed to present his perspective.

Stalekracker’s existence on TikTok has already drawn criticism from a large number of users, but it’s unknown what the future holds for the user.

It’s doubtful whether he will be successful in staging a comeback given how much his audience understands about his actions and how they affect others.
