What is the Net Worth of Supreme Boi? Salary, Earnings

According to sources, he has a net worth of close to $1 million as of 2022, achieved via success in his different musical activities. He’s made a lot of money from his work with BTS, which has a collective net worth of more than $60 million. It is projected that his wealth would expand as he continues his pursuits.

Supreme Boi- Birth, Age, Ethnicity, Siblings, Education

Supreme Boi was born in South Korea on April 15, 1994. Boi’s background before his music career is practically unknown, as he has not disclosed many areas of his past, including his family, youth, and education. He aspired to be a part of South Korea’s music industry at an early age, like many others who are passionate about hip hop and rap.

Supreme Boi- Relationship, Girlfriend

In terms of Supreme Boi’s romantic connections, little is known about him. He hasn’t said much about that side of his life, and it’s well known that the South Korean entertainment industry is quite rigid when it comes to relationships of artists under firm contracts. He’s caused some controversy over the years owing to being labeled as a non-feminist and being unapologetic for uttering what some view to be offensive remarks. Many of his fans, however, argue that the criticism of him originates from his association with those who have made problematic statements, rather than from his own statements.

Supreme Boi- Professional Career

This prompted him to audition for the South Korean company Big Hit Entertainment, where he would become a part of a pool of talent for the company, which would then be tested for a chance to become a member of group bands, or, on rare instances, gain a solo career. The entertainment firm, which was founded in 2005, is credited for launching the careers of idol groups TXT and BTS. They also handle singer Lee Hyun’s career and run the company Source Music, which oversees the group GFriend.

Big Hit and Daenamhyup

Supreme Boi was a member of Big Hit’s talents and was set to join their boy band project. The group was intended to be a hip-hop group to compete with YG Entertainment’s 1TYM, but it was later determined that there was a greater demand for a new classic idol group. Supreme left the company to focus more on hip hop projects after the group was reshuffled, and he joined Brand New Music, a hip hop company created in 2011.

Shortly after joining the firm, he joined the hip hop group DaeNamHyup, which translates as the Great Southern Joseon Hip-Hop Cooperative. Rap Monster (RM), DJ Snatch, Kidoh, Marvel J, i11evn, Kyum2, and Samsoon was among the group’s nine members. Illipse was also supposed to be a founder member, but he wasn’t linked with them when they began recording music. Many of the group’s members had known each other since high school and were active underground. They’ve only published one EP so yet, in 2014.

Back to BTS

Recognizing that his career in hip hop was likely ended, Supreme Boi returned to Big Hit Entertainment and accepted a more background role in the firm, eventually leading to him working as a producer for BTS. While BTS is most known for co-writing and producing the majority of its material, he is also regarded as an important background member. They began by releasing hip-hop music, but have subsequently expanded into various genres, frequently drawing on personal experiences and societal commentary. They’ve created songs on a wide range of issues, including loss, self-love, individualism, mental health, and others.

In 2017, the group began to break into the international music market, and is widely regarded as the forerunner of the Korean Wave in the United States — they were the first Korean group to acquire certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). They are the only Korean act to have topped the US Billboard 200, and they have charted many times since 2018. They have sold over 15 million records, are South Korea’s best-selling acts, and hold the record for the best-selling album in Korean history and the only non-English speaking artist to join the IFPI’s Global Artist Chart, and they have received various honors as a result.

Social Media

He, like many other high-profile Korean celebrities, maintains a social media presence. Supreme has almost 166,000 followers on Twitter, but he isn’t extremely active on the platform. He doesn’t make his own tweets, instead of retweeting article links from major publications that mention BTS’s fame. He doesn’t post because of the language barrier, as well as the fact that musicians’ social media profiles are likewise closely monitored by their companies. His account behavior is consistent with that of numerous other members of BTS, who are not as active on social media but do have online accounts.
