20 years were served by Savannah Grant for throwing acid.

Savannah Grant is the lady who received a 20-year sentence for dumping acid on her boyfriend’s covert girlfriend. The victim is none other than Sabrina Greenlee, the mother of American football player DeAndre Hopkins.

She was released in 2012 after serving a 20-year sentence for the 2002 crime. Grant also admitted guilt to violence and assault with the intent to murder. She received a 20-year prison sentence in South Carolina.

Savannah’s friend told her about the relationship between Sebrinna and her boyfriend, but Grant was in the dark about it.

The two got into a furious disagreement after Savannah received a call from Sabrina’s home numbers one day. Savannah Grant and her partner were rudely awakened from the coziness of their home by the sound of the doorbell ringing. Without hesitation, Savannah persuaded her boyfriend not to respond after instinctively identifying the guest as Sabrina.
