Paul Anka was the biggest teenage pop sensation in the 1950s, while Britney Spears may be the best of the present generation. Anka led a fascinating life, both on and off the stage.

He amassed a fortune of under a million dollars and had a large family with three spouses. But as luck would have it, despite his professional success, his private life was anything but perfect. Three times he was married, but none of them worked out.

He is married to Lisa Pemberton. Anka’s third marriage took place when they were wed in October 2016. Watching his 11-year-old son, Ethan, accompany his wife down the aisle was the singer’s favorite part of the ceremony. I wanted him to be a part of it, says Anka, “He’s a beautiful little fellow and my only child.

But in 2020, the singer and Pemberton were divorced, with the singer stating he was bitterly unhappy. The singer is the mother of five kids in addition to Ethan: Amelia, Anthea, Alicia, Amanda, and Alexandra. Think about Anka’s family, including his offspring and prior unions.

The Children and First Spouse of Paul Anka

Anne de Zogheb, Anka’s first wife, was a model of Lebanese, English, French, Dutch, and Greek descent. When “The Longest Day” was being filmed in Puerto Rico in 1962, he ran across de Zogheb.

The Eileen Ford Agency was where his ex-wife was employed at the time. A ceremony at Paris-Orly Airport marked their marriage a year later.

Despite having five daughters together, the couple separated in 2000, ending their 37-year union. The majority of his descendants are now adults. They work in many different professions and have even started their own families.

In 2001, Amanda started her career as an actress and wed Jason Bateman. Ozark, in which Jason Bateman starred opposite Laura Linney, is his most well-known role.

Two kids were born to the couple

His eldest daughter worked as a scriptwriter for movies like Battlecreek and Alleycats in the meantime. Anka and his kids enjoy a close relationship despite leading separate lives.

On July 31, 2019, the artist posted a photo to Instagram that showed the unique father-daughter bond. On the occasion of his birthday, he showed his family the picture.

Paul Anka’s custody battle

Anka’s first wife looked to get along well with him, but the same could not be said about his second marriage. Following his divorce from his first wife, Anka met Anna Ageb, a Swedish model and actress who was 30 years his junior.

When Aberg was employed as his personal trainer, the two met, and a causal connection was born. They were married, nonetheless, and soon after the model told him she was expecting, they had a son. Anka was given sole custody of the kids after their separation, which occurred in 2010, 18 months later. My life has never been better than today.

This action was taken simply to protect Ethan. Anka said, “The system worked. According to reports, Aberg had not seen their kid for over two years since Ethan had grown to have an “intense hate for his mother.”

The model’s lawyer, Lisa Helfend Meyer, countered that there was no proof that she wasn’t a good mother. Aberg claimed that she lost the fight because she lacked the power and notoriety that Anka possessed.
