Read this article to learn more about the incident and controversy surrounding the Luna Llena singer Malu Trevejo’s leaked video. What is the subject matter of the story?

Malu Trevejo, a 19-year-old musician and social media celebrity, has gained attention in 2023 for several reasons.

Trevejo has been the target of a lot of controversy and criticism this year, from a lawsuit brought by four former workers accusing her of abuse and sexual misconduct to a video that was posted on Twitter and Reddit that purportedly shows her partaking in graphic material on OnlyFans.

This is a synopsis of her actions and responses to the controversies.

A Controversial Video Leaked by Malu Trevejo

A purported video of Malu Trevejo engaging in sexual actions on OnlyFans—a paid site that allows producers to upload explicit material with their followers—went viral on Reddit and Twitter in April 2023.

After the video went viral, she faced a lot of criticism from those who thought she was taking advantage of her youthful fan following, lying about her age, and breaking the OnlyFans terms of service.

In response to the uproar, Trevejo uploaded a video on Instagram in which she claimed that the leaked footage was not her own and was instead the product of a phony edit made by someone out to destroy her name.

She said that she had never uploaded any obscene material online and that she wasn’t a member of OnlyFans.

Legal Battle Over the Malu Trevejo Scandal

Malu Trevejo was sued in January 2023 by four former workers who claimed she had committed violence, slander, sexual misconduct, breach of contract, and other offenses.

A personal assistant, a security guard, a stylist, and a photographer were among the plaintiffs. They said that they had a bad experience working with Trevejo and that as a consequence, they suffered financial, emotional, and bodily injury.

The complaint claimed that Trevejo treated her employees in an unpleasant, impolite, demanding, and unprofessional manner.

It is said that she spat on them, slapped them, threatened them, had fits, and exposed them to COVID-19.

She reportedly broke their contracts and neglected to reimburse them for their services. Trevejo refuted the accusations, claiming they were untrue and driven by avarice.

She said that she would stand up for herself in court and expressed her shock at the claims.

She said that the plaintiffs were attempting to destroy her career and get money from her. As of December 2023, the case is still unresolved.
