With 11 World Titles, 55 career victories, and distinctions as the youngest and oldest World Champion in male history, Slater is widely recognized as the greatest professional surfer in history.

He made a big impression when he first entered the competitive surfing scene in the 1990s, cutting through huge waves with deliberate fin releases and a variety of aerial techniques. Kelly Slater won his first World Title at the age of 20, ushering in a new era of elite surfing.

He created a legacy in 30 years that many believe is challenging to match or even come close to. Aside from his legacy, he is also known for wanting to change the surfing scene for beginners in 2015 by using wave pool technology he and his Kelly Slater Wave Co.

engineering team developed. As a successful man over the years, Slater has encountered many of attractive women. His daughter Taylor Slater was a result of one of his partnerships. He is currently seeing the surfer’s longtime partner, Kalani Miller.

Kalani Miller and Kelly Slater

It’s no secret that Slater cares deeply about Miller, whom he frequently posts photos of on Instagram. Although it is unclear when the couple started dating, on September 24, 2019, Miller shared a monochromatic photo of Slater and herself as kids to mark the occasion. It had been twelve years and two days SINCE they had been together, she wrote in the caption. She then called him a man kid and promised to shower him with praise in person.

In February of the same year, Kelly Slater Slater had wished his partner a Happy Valentine’s Day. He claimed that because the two of them had shared so many adventures over the years, he needed help accessing and organizing his images.

In 2016, The Daily Telegraph reported that Slater’s fiancée was spotted with a diamond ring on her left “ring” finger during the launch of Slater’s clothing business Outerknown. Several days had passed since a tabloid reported that the pair was hunting for engagement rings when this happened.

Slater was “madly in love with her,” according to friends who were close to the couple, and planned to wed Miller. Although Miller has been spotted wearing a band on her ring finger in recent Instagram photos, there has been no word on their wedding or whether she is Slater’s wife.

Miller is a surfer like Slater. Miller also modeled for Roxy as a child, which inspired her to start her own clothing business. Her sister Oleema founded MIKOH Swimwear (who is also dating a pro surfer). As seasoned businesswomen, the sisters have greatly expanded the company. Today, their products are bought and sold all over the world. When Slater first met the clever and attractive Miller, he struck gold.
