Exclusively revealed by People, Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith, stars of The Affair, discreetly sealed the marriage in December 2019. An insider attested to the couple’s marriage.

The momentous announcement was made many months after the Daily Mail revealed that the couple had been sighted picking up their marriage license at a Beverly Hills courthouse.

The two seemed to have made an appearance alongside Fiona Jackson, Jackson’s mother. Turner-Smith stated to the Sunday Times that they maintained a very quiet marriage.

I haven’t mentioned to anyone that we recently got married. People assume anything they want, but I always respond with “Thank you” when they congratulate me.

The two are managing both their personal and professional lives with the same level of efficiency and are enjoying a decent relationship.

The well-known artist Usher’s 40th birthday celebration was where Joshua Jackson and his then-girlfriend Jodie Turner-Smith first connected. The West Hollywood club Delilah served as the venue for the occasion. Tyler Perry, Kevin Hart, and Kendall Jenner are among the other attendees.

The two were also spotted having lunch together in sunny Los Angeles in November 2018.

Their pregnancy was initially revealed in January after Jodie was spotted in Los Angeles with Jackson, flaunting her baby belly in a skimpy outfit. The actress also shared a photo of her bump on April 4. The text of her caption said,

The couple was at one time concerned about their unborn kid because of this epidemic. Fortunately, everything worked out and they are now enjoying valuable family time.

Jackson and Diane Kruger, his ex-girlfriend, dated for ten years.

In 2006, the attractive actor began dating 44-year-old actress and former fashion model Diane Kruger. At the time, Kruger had recently ended her five-year marriage to French actor and director Guillaume Canet through divorce.

Regarding their romance, the actress previously said to Conan O’Brien that Jackson didn’t make a strong impact.

For an hour and a half, he spoke only about himself. Without stop

“I swear to God, when he leaned in for a kiss, I thought, ‘Should I slap him?'”

Despite everything, the ex-flames later clicked. Throughout their relationship, they went to several important Hollywood events.

Jackson and Kruger made an appearance together at the Agora’s 65th Anniversary Party on May 21, 2012, in Cannes, France.

Their long-term romance notwithstanding, their partnership unintentionally terminated in 2016. Joshua allegedly dated Crystal Reed, the Gotham actress, in the same year. But neither of the individuals has ever publicly acknowledged their relationship.

What Caused Their Breakup?

The news that Jackson and Kruger split up in July 2016 was first publicized. Representatives for the pair informed the publication that,

“Josh Jackson and Diane Kruger have decided to stay friends despite their separation.”

They never disclosed the cause of their breakup. The famous couple previously purchased homes in Vancouver and Paris. They also used to reside in New York.

After their split, Kruger continued her life with Norman Reedus. In November 2018, the actress also gave birth to their first daughter.

Their one-year on-screen romance developed into a real-life relationship. Following their meeting during the cast reunion of Dawson’s Creek in April 2018, the pair gained media attention once more.

The two are “really, really happy,” a source said. However, the couple never acknowledged if their romance had resumed. Tom Cruise and Katie were previously wed from 2006 to 2012.
