Joross Gamboa, whose real name is John Ross Sanchez Gamboa, is a Filipino actor and model who came second in the first season of Star Circle Quest.

After four years of service, Joross Gamboa was requested to depart ABS-CBN Star Magic and subsequently signed a two-year contract with Becky Aguila’s management.

In 2005 and 2007, he appeared on the GMA Network’s comedy programs Kaya Mo Ba To? and Maynila, sparking rumors that Joross Gamboa would transfer to the latter network.

He will remain with ABS-CBN after signing a contract with Becky Aguila because his new talent management is still having difficulties with the GMA Network.

Becky Aguila’s contract with Joross Gamboa expired, and as of late 2009, Noel Ferrer is now in control of his administration.

Ryan Agoncillo and Bayani Agbayani, who are both affiliated with TV5, are two additional well-known performers managed by Noel Ferrer.
Since abandoning his former Kapamilya network ABS-CBN, he is now a free artist who is willing to collaborate with any network.

After concluding My Amnesia Girl with Star Cinema in October 2010, Joross Gamboa returned to ABS-CBN in December 2010 as the antagonist in the Kristine Series: The Second Book.
