Is Erik Hooks Treason Linked To His Arrest? Mugshot And Charges

The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) deputy administrator, Erik A. Hooks, was in the middle of a hurricane when he was taken into custody by US Marines on treasonous accusations. The nation was rocked by the arrest on Saturday, August 19, which sparked concerns about the purportedly evil actions that precipitated this abrupt turn of events.

A 34-page indictment claims that during a disastrous fire situation, FEMA personnel stationed in Maui were given directives by Hooks and his supervisor, Deanne Criswell, that raised major concerns about their activities. According to the indictment, the two gave orders to agents to withhold food and water from fire victims, hinder civilian relief efforts, keep displaced people from fleeing the burned-out area of Lahaina, and even dispose of bodies in a way that raised questions about improper behavior.

Reliable sources close to the matter have disclosed that they were made aware of these accusations by a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office. Hooks was arrested at his home in Arlington, Virginia, which is close to the FEMA offices in Washington, D.C.

Hooks was sleeping when the Marines found him and gave him a military arrest order with the offenses listed on it. He was then placed under arrest so that he could be processed. The sources state that a typewritten memo purportedly bearing the signatures of Hooks and Criswell is one of the case’s key pieces of evidence.

This memo purports to advise FEMA supervisors on Maui to properly dispose of deceased people, either by covert burials or incineration. Even though the memo does not specifically call for the execution of civilians, Marines have reported finding multiple fatalities with bullet wounds that are consistent with the small arms employed by the FBI and FEMA. This is concerning.
