Professional makeup artist Noriko Watanabe wed Sam Neill in 1989.

Net Worth of Noriko

Noriko Watanabe’s net worth hasn’t been disclosed, but Sam Neill, her ex-husband, is rumored to be worth $18 million as of November 2022, which is a sizable number in and of itself. He is one of the highest-paid performers in the world, claims People with Money.

The 72-year-old actor is the owner of numerous restaurants, including the Wellington-based Fat Neill Burger chain, the Omagh Angels football team, and the “Sam Neill Seduction” apparel line.

He also launched Pure Wonderneill, his vodka line, in New Zealand. Additionally, he advertises other companies, including Covergirl Cosmetics. These are his additional earning sources besides performing.

Wives and Husbands

Sam Neill, a well-known actor from New Zealand who is also a writer, producer, director, and vineyard owner, was the man she wed.

Lisa Harrow, a New Zealand actress well known for her roles in British theater, film, and television, was his first wife. Tim, the couple’s son, was born in 1983. However, the marriage did not last, and nine years later, the couple filed for divorce.

Additionally, Noriko Watanabe has a daughter from a prior union. Her birth year is 1981, and her given name is Maiko Spencer. The media is not aware of the specifics of her first marriage. Sam Neill later married Noriko in 1989 after being divorced from his first wife.

She was a makeup artist on the Dead Clam set, where they got along and grew to know one another. The couple’s sole child was a girl named Elena who was born in 1991.

The couple’s relationship deteriorated three years ago. The public has not yet been informed of the reason behind their divorce. The pair got a divorce in 2017.

In his early 20s, her ex-husband Sam had a child named Andrew, but he was adopted by someone else. 2014 saw their reconnection, which was considerably more mature than he had anticipated.

Her ex-husband may be seen posing for the camera with his grandchild in the picture below. There are currently claims that Sam Neill, her ex-husband, is seeing Laura Tingle, an Australian journalist, and author. She earlier served as The Australian Financial Review’s political editor.

In 2017, they started dating, and they’ve been together ever since. They allegedly met through a mutual acquaintance. Alan Ramsey, a fellow journalist, and Laura Tingle previously got married. They exchanged vows with one another in 1995. Together, Laura and Alan had a kid. The pair got a divorce in 2012.

Controversies

Her ex-husband was caught on camera kissing another woman in Brisbane. There were rumors that the woman was Miranda Cummings, a Byron Bay company owner.

She is not Rachael Brake, an Australian actress who is wed to Tony Martin, as is a common misconception. However, neither party has provided confirmation.
