An alumna of Bachelor in Paradise Emily Ferguson announced the newest member of her family on Instagram. William Karlsson, her husband, shared a nice photo of the two of them along with the news of their pregnancy. The BiP alum also shared on social media the news of Baby Karlsson’s impending birth in May 2023.

During Ben Higgin’s season of The Bachelor, Emily made her bachelorette debut alongside her sister. She then participated in several seasons of Bachelor in Paradise.

She left paradise without finding love, but in 2020 she snuck into her husband’s DMs and found it again. The ice hockey player proposed to her in 2021, and in July 2022, they got hitched.

How did Bachelor in Paradise alum Emily meet her future co-parent?

Swedish professional ice hockey player William Karlsson is presently a member of the National Hockey League’s Vegas Golden Knights. The 29-year-old stated that he was placing a wager on himself when he signed a one-year, $5.25 million contract with Vegas for the 2018–19 season.

An additional eight-year contract extension came after that. The Bachelor in Paradise alum and Karlsson first connected on social media when Emily snuck into his DMs. She admitted to BachelorNation.com in April 2022 that she knew nothing about hockey and only thought it was a great sport.

They haven’t been able to be separated since then. On December 11, 2020, the Bachelor in Paradise actress popped the question to Karlsson, and the occasion was shared by her sister Haley, who also took part in the show.

Elvis was present at the wedding of the Bachelor in Paradise alum and her hockey hottie in June 2022 in Las Vegas, at Resorts World. She told Us Weekly that having her sister by her side was an honor and that her wedding was a dream come true for her and her sister since they were little.

The couple has only recently announced on social media that they would be adding a new member in May 2023. Her former castmates offered their congratulations and best wishes. While her identical sister claimed that young Karlsson is already popular.
