Eugene Cordero, an American actor, has a long record of television credits, which is an outstanding feat in and of itself. His appearance for the characters has been as varied as his characters themselves.

Whether it’s weight reduction or weight gain, he’s modified his training routine without hesitation and demonstrated how much of a passionate ball of talent he is.

Cordero is one of many actors that have to go out of their way to change their appearance and modify themselves to bring the character they are playing to live in an industry that is so competitive and difficult to sustain.

Eugene seemed to have perfected the technique. He has never shied away from undergoing any type of weight loss or gain change to bring the character to life, and it truly reflects on the role he plays.

But, most significantly, Eugene has always been interested in living a healthy lifestyle, and it has always been an important part of his life. And he now has a podcast called ‘The Dumbbells,’ and he attributes his success to fitness.

Eugene Cordero’s Weight Gain and Loss

Yes, skill is important, and it is the industry’s ace of spades. But so is the character’s appearance, and no one can deny that a character’s appearance reveals a lot about the character itself.

Cordero fits wonderfully amid all this competitiveness since the business is fuelled by skill and run by aesthetic excellence. People have seen many incarnations of him in shows ranging from ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine,’ ‘The Office,’ ‘And the Good Place,’ to Park and Recreation!

In some, he appeared flabby, while in others, he had experienced a weight reduction change. In ‘The Office,’ he played a fat character, and in ‘Kong Skull Island,’ he radically shifted his weight.

People admire the modifications he makes to fit a certain character, but healthy living has always been his focus. The character’s request may have influenced his weight reduction change, but it was not the only factor.

Eugene has developed a strong interest in fitness and health during his career. He now produces the ‘The Dumbbells’ podcast, which supports and assists people on their transformation path.

Life Is Fitness

Eugene and his co-star Ryan Stanger decided in 2017 that it was time to do something about their passion for fitness.

Eugene, a former CrossFit trainer and fitness teacher Stanger agreed to host ‘The Dumbbells,’ which provides workout recommendations such as “what to eat, how to exercise, and gentle nudges to consider doing out while listening.”

And these two, who are also comedians, make each listen worthwhile. Eugene Cordero used to appear on numerous other podcasts providing health advice, so it only made sense for the actor to share his enthusiasm with the world via his podcast.

This fitness enthusiast is now guiding people through the extremely difficult yet enjoyable path of weight loss, as well as spreading body positivity and health information.
