One of the most successful female drivers in American open-wheel racing is named Danica Patrick. Patrick has consistently attracted media attention, despite having previously ended her career as a professional racer, and it is all thanks to her partnerships.

Since they began dating in early 2018, her relationship with NFL player Aaron Rodgers has always been the subject of rumors and speculation. Rodgers isn’t the only man, though, that she has dated in public.

Patrick Had Seven Years of Marriage; Who Is Her Ex-Husband?

Patrick, an aspiring actress and former race car driver, was previously wed for over seven years to Paul Edward Hospenthal, a physical therapist. The two former lovers first connected at his workplace in 2002, when she went there following a yoga class that left her with a hip problem.

The couple began dating covertly after falling in love so rapidly. On November 19, 2005, Danica Patrick, 23, and Hospenthal, 40, tied the knot following more than two years of romance. They were married in Scottsdale, Arizona, at a privately planned ceremony.

The NASCAR driver filed for divorce in January 2013, characterizing her marriage to her ex-husband as “irretrievably broken,” just over seven years into their union. Patrick had openly revealed her split in a Facebook post in November 2012, before she went public. April 17, 2013, was the date of their divorce. There are no children shared by the former couple.

Adapted Before Her Divorce Was Completed

Danica Patrick rapidly moved on after Hospenthal’s marriage failed. She began dating Ricky Stenhouse Jr., a rookie driver in NASCAR.

Early in2013, Patrick and Stenhouse made their relationship public. In an interview with Associated Press, the former acknowledged her connection by saying, “I have a boyfriend, his name is Richard.”

The couple din 2013or about five years, the  spending a lot of time together in public. Regarding their interactions with the media, they were both rather transparent. In reality, in numerous interviews, Patrick had expressed her desire to wed Stenhouse and start a family with him.

But Stenhouse never had the same enthusiasm for marriage and children as his partner did. Numerous media sources speculated that their split might have been caused by their divergent views about their marriage.

A Brief Overview Of Danica Patrick And Aaron Rodgers’ Relationship

Following her split from Stenhouse, Patrick began dating Aaron Rodgers, an NFL player. 2012 saw the couple meet at the ESPY Awards. In late 2017, there were suspicions of a romance between them, which Patrick confirmed to AP in January 2018. They post about their romantic lives on social media and appear in public regularly.

Patrick and Rodgers paid $28 million for a massive property in Malibu, California, at the end of 2019. Patrick has made indications that she and Rodgers are considering getting married, but they haven’t said if they want to move in together or get married anytime soon.
