Terry Chen’s gorgeous appearance and performance are enough to win you over with just one look.

He has most likely already worked his spell on many hearts, particularly those of women, but his current portrayal of a gay character has fans speculating about his sexuality in real life.

If you want the full scoop on the ‘House of Cards actor’s suspected sexuality, keep reading.

Terry Chen is he gay?

As LGBTQIA+ representation in popular culture becomes more common, many performers have enthusiastically taken on the roles regardless of their true sexual orientation.

Similarly, Chen played a gay character in the film Falling,’ alongside Viggo Mortensen as a married couple. In the film, the two shared a hot kissing moment, which drew a lot of attention and fueled suspicion about him being gay.

However, the actor has kept his personal life private. He has starred in films ranging from action to drama to thriller to romance. However, he has not indicated any references to his personal life in the character, nor has he openly addressed the LGBT allegations.

His co-star, on the other hand, has been outspoken on the matter. Viggo feels that a person’s sexual orientation is not everyone’s concern.

“How can you know what my life is like?”
You’re presuming I’m totally straight.
Perhaps I am, perhaps I am not.
“And frankly, it’s none of your concern,” he told The New York Times.

Furthermore, despite playing gay lovers on-screen, he revealed that he had no notion about Terry’s sexuality. People have even approached him about it, but his response is straightforward.

He said,

“Gracefully protecting Terry’s privacy,”

And the answer is I don’t know, and I would never have the audacity to question someone during the casting process whether they were. Furthermore, Terry has never been linked to anyone and has never been married.

He does, however, have a son whom he adores. This has added to the fans’ misunderstanding of his sexual orientation and love life.

Terry Chen has a son

Terry joyfully announced the birth of his son in 2021 and has been on cloud nine since the tiny child arrived. However, no mention has been made of him being married or having a wife.

He announced his son in a tweet and expressed gratitude to his son’s mother. According to the statement, his child is either adopted or the baby mama is a former lover.

Despite this, Terry has not revealed any details about his relationship with the baby mama, but he has stated unequivocally that the tiny bundle of joy has transformed his life for the better.

“Before him, I would ponder life, love, and meaning.”
“Now he provides me clarity and, most all, unconditional presence,” he wrote in the caption of an Instagram photo of him holding his beloved child.

Furthermore, Terry Chen appears to be doing a good job as a new father. Fans are swooning over the father-son pair he’s constantly tweeting nice moments with his young kid.

“I’m honored that you chose me to be your father.
Every day, you give me meaning, and I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve conquered just to be here, my little warrior.
My lovely son, the world is yours.
“I adore you to the moon and back,” he wrote in another post.

Mr. Chen appears to have covered all bases. While information about his spouse remains unknown, he leads a full life with a new baby and a thriving career.

The actor is 5’11” tall and has been working in the profession since the early 2000s. Through his successful endeavors, he has amassed a sizable net worth.

The specific figures are not published, although they are almost certainly at the million-dollar level. Terry may be seen in a variety of shows including ‘I, Robot,’ ‘Snakes on a Plane,’ ‘Demonic,’ ‘The Expanse,’ ‘The 100,’ and many more.
