When the former joined WHDH, NBC’s Boston affiliate, in the late 2000s, that is when Brian and Dylan first crossed paths. Dylan was already employed as a meteorologist there. Since Brian worked a few days a week, they didn’t have a lot of time to spend together at the workplace at first. It had been some time since they had become close. In truth, Dylan mistakenly believed that Brian’s name was Tom.

Dylan had previously disclosed that she had experienced a miscarriage during a protracted battle with secondary infertility. It was stated that Dylan and Brian were considering IVF because they were experiencing problems conceiving their second child. In June 2019, Brian gave his account of the events to Today. There, he talked about how his wife’s repeated attempts to conceive their second child had left him powerless.

Brian went on to say that Dylan’s uterus still had scar tissue from the emergency C-section used to deliver Calvin. In the end, it caused problems for her menstrual cycle and her ability to conceive. Dylan then had a surgical operation to remove the scar tissue. The pair ultimately became pregnant with their second child.

Finally, on September 29, 2021, Russell “Rusty” James Fichera, the couple’s third son, was born to Brian and his spouse. The infant arrived six weeks early. On October 2, the delighted mother herself announced the news on Instagram, expressing her appreciation and feeling overwhelmed. As she wrote
