Rob Manfred is hardly a new name in Major League Baseball (MLB). He is most known for negotiating MLB’s initial drug testing agreement and investigating the Houston Astros’ sign-stealing controversy. In addition, he is now the league’s commissioner.

Business executives’ professional activities have always made headlines. Likewise, many people may be interested in his personal life. It’s no surprise, however, that Rob Manfred’s wife, Colleen Manfred, is frequently examined by the media.

Colleen, the partner of the MLB commissioner, is a private person who keeps a low profile. Her husband is rarely seen with her, which has prompted conjecture about their relationship.

Many individuals also want to know if the married pair is still together. So, in this post, we’ll find out about Rob Manfred’s wife, Colleen, and whether or not she and her spouse have divorced.

Colleen holds a bachelor of business administration degree

On July 14, 1958, Colleen Manfred was born. She hasn’t shared any information about her parents or siblings. Similarly, she has not divulged her birthplace. Colleen had to keep her family a secret to avoid public scrutiny. Regardless, she must have been raised in a caring home.

According to various accounts, Colleen Manfred graduated from Marion High School in Bloomfield Hills. She went on to further her education at Le Moyne College.

The media personality obtained a BA in 1980. She later earned an MBA from George Washington University after majoring in business administration. As a result, she must have sought a career in business.

Colleen served on the Board of Trustees of her alma institution. She also works as a volunteer college counselor at Cristo Rey New York High School.

Rob and Colleen Manfred were high school sweethearts

Anyone who knows Rob knows that he attended Le Moyne College after graduating from high school. From 1976 to 1978, he barely lasted for two years before transferring to Cornell University.

Despite barely attending Le Moyne for two years, the MLB star met his future wife, Colleen. They were most likely inseparable after their initial meeting. In addition, the pair had to have begun dating soon after.

Despite shifting colleges, the couple maintained contact. In addition, the couple’s close affinity resulted in their marriage in 1982. The couple, on the other hand, chose a private wedding ceremony with only family and relatives in attendance.

Colleen Manfred is a mother of four

Colleen Manfred is the mother of four lovely children. Her only son, Michael Manfred, is the managing director and head of capital markets at CBAM. He also attended Wake Forest University.

Colleen Manfred’s son, Mike Manfred, married Ashley Manfred in June 2013. She is an interior designer who was once a teacher.

Collen and Rob Manfred’s daughter, Megan Manfred, followed in her father’s footsteps and obtained her Juris Doctorate from New York University. She is now the Head of Commercial at Via. She is also married to Timothy Petrella, the CEO of Cartel Solutions.

The couple’s other daughter, Jane Elizabeth Manfred, is also married and has married Michael Quagliano. Rob Manfred’s son-in-law, Michael Manfred, is the director of national retail sales for Keurig Dr. Pepper Inc.

Finally, Colleen Manfred’s youngest daughter, Mary Clare Manfred, graduated from Colgate University. She married Charles Murphy in the year 2021.

Quinn and George Quagliano are also The Manfreds’ adoring grandparents. Holiday gatherings, family vacations, and tours frequently bring the family together.

Are Rob Manfred and his wife Colleen Manfred still married?

The business entrepreneur and his wife, Colleen, have been married for over four decades. Both have never had any public disagreements or squabbles. However, the couple’s divorce rumors first arose in 2020.

Rob was accused of referring to his wife, Colleen, as a pile of skins and bones during an interview. He earlier called the World Series Trophy “a hunk of metal.”

“Of course, I admire my wife. But, in the end, she’s simply a collection of skins and bones like the rest of us.”

It is unknown whether the aforesaid statement was made by the baseball commissioner. According to the satirical website The Heckler, Rob Manfred’s wife, Colleen, has filed for divorce. She had apparently become frustrated with his poor decision-making in recent years.

According to the publication, The Le Moyne alumna made a joke regarding baseball fans’ harsh opinions toward her spouse, Rob. She went on to say that, unlike baseball fans, she found it simple to cut relations with him.

Because the website that published their divorce file is highly satirical, we can presume that the divorce rumors are untrue. Rob and Colleen both cherish their privacy and have avoided discussing the case.

Colleen, for example, keeps her husband’s surname and hasn’t addressed divorce. Her children have kept mute on the subject as well. As a result, the married pair is almost certainly still together.

We hope to discover more about their relationship in the future, and that the Manfreds counter the unfavorable press about their marriage.
