Anthony Burgos Aviles is known for killing his kid, who was just a year old, and his girlfriend, Grizelda Hernandez. What you need to know about Anthony Burgos Aviles’ wife and other personal information is provided below.

Ronald Anthony, a former Border Patrol supervisor who is charged with murder, is now on trial.

On April 9, 2018, he murdered Dominic Alexander, their son, and Grizelda Hernandez, his girlfriend. The trial started with opening arguments after a five-year delay.

In a gesture of solidarity, Grizelda and Dominic’s kin donned purple inside the courtroom.

The 49th District Court’s Judge Joe Lopez presided over the hearings and gave more than 20 witnesses directions.

Law enforcement officials, including Border Patrol officers and Laredo Police investigators, as well as the victim’s friends and relatives will be among the witnesses who will give testimony.

When Did Anthony Burgos Aviles Marry Grizelda Hernandez?

One of the searched-for subjects is the wife of Anthony Burgos Aviles. In regards to his marriage, he was previously wed to a woman by the name of Amy.

According to Chief Claudio Trevino of the Laredo Police Department, Amy was a supervisor and a nine-year Border Patrol veteran.

There were two boys born into the marriage, but their names and biographical details remain unknown.

Private information regarding Anthony’s previous girlfriend, Griselda, is undisclosed to the public since the Hernandez family wants to keep further information about her a secret.

He said that Grizelda Hernandez was the woman he was seeing after filing for divorce from Amy.

When they were dating, Hernandez was also said to be expecting his kid.

Grizelda was allegedly Anthony’s wife, however, there is currently no verified source or evidence to support this.

Her private affairs and her connection to Anthony are being kept a secret by her family’s decision.

As a consequence, the public will never know further information about the late Griselda Hernandez and Amy.

The wrongful death lawsuit claims that on April 9, 2018, Burgos-Aviles set up a meeting between their son and Hernandez at Father McNaboe Park.

According to the lawsuit, the defendant planned this meeting to solve a “problem” that he believed existed.

It is thought that the defendant inflicted injuries on the victims “that did not immediately result in death, causing both victims to suffer excruciating pain and agony before finally succumbing to their injuries and passing away.”

Hernandez was tragically stabbed along with her son. Their remains, together with an abandoned stroller and their strewn possessions, were found in a remote forested region.

Brugos-Aviles may be executed if found guilty

According to the wrongful death complaint submitted by Hernandez’s family, Anthony Burgos Aviles had a married life.

Burgos-Aviles is accused of dating Hernandez while cohabitating with a different lady, with whom he had children.

Hernandez first stated her plan to raise the kid independently when she told Burgos-Aviles about her pregnancy. Dominic, their son, was conceived on July 26, 2016.

Later, Anthony’s late companion made the decision to continue her study and work toward becoming a nurse.

She contacted Burgos Aviles in the spring of 2018 to ask for help with childcare costs and expenditures.

Burgos-Aviles allegedly reacted with resistance and rage, voicing worries about the effects on his other relationships and his profession.

Kids of Anthony Burgos Aviles

Dominic Alexander, the defendant in the case, was tragically killed by his own one-year-old son Anthony.

Online rumors about Anthony’s possible relationship with other kids have been triggered by this terrible tragedy.

When discussing Dominic’s case, the prosecution underlined that Dominic had passed away from a last neck slash rather than from the original injuries.

The prosecution said that they had evidence that suggested Burgos-Aviles panicked and made mistakes while trying to cover up the killing, despite the fact that the murder weapon had not been found.

He allegedly removed the victims’ mobile phones and put them in his vehicle along with a bloody belt buckle.

Details of Grizelda Hernandez’s autopsy

Anthony Burgos Aviles viciously killed his alleged wife and Dominic Alexander in a horrifying manner, as was already revealed.

According to Grizelda’s autopsy, she suffered 27 stab wounds to her hands, arms, hands, chest, back, and face.

The autopsy report also established Anthony’s paternity with a probability of 99.99%.

Burgos-Aviles’ guilt or innocence will be determined during the trial, and justice for the victims and their families will be sought for.

Burgos-Aviles may be put to death if she is proven guilty of two murders.

Authorities are still looking into the case and trying to learn more about the connection between Aviles and Hernandez.

Additionally, they are looking for additional data and supporting evidence related to other areas of the case.
