Anna Frey, a teenage tennis player, has no connection to Brock Purdy, despite their striking resemblance. Frey has an older brother who is not a Super Bowl finalist.

Anna Frey has made headlines in recent weeks for her strong resemblance to Brock Purdy. Anna, 16, is the family’s second oldest child, with four siblings. After the 49ers defeated the Lions, ESPN joined in the celebration by applauding Purdy, and their reporter screamed, “Anna Frey, going to the Super Bowl.” Purdy may be seen smiling and saying, “Stop.”

Anna dueted in the TikTok video and captioned it, “Patiently waiting for my Super Bowl invite.” Anna is placed 2736th in the ITF Junior Rankings, placing her among the top junior tennis players.

Is Anna Frey Related to Brock Purdy?

Anna Frey, a social media sensation and tennis player, is unrelated to Brock Purdy. The rumors began on TikTok when some football fans said Anna resembled the 49ers’ starting quarterback. Anna, who was born on November 6, 2007, has recently turned sixteen. She is Tanner and Jennie Frey’s fifth child.

According to Tanner and Jennie’s Instagram profiles, Anna has been interested in tennis since she was very young. Anna isn’t the only person who is interested in tennis. Her brother, Charles Frey, also plays tennis. Anna’s seventeen-year-old brother, Charles, is a senior at Farmington High School.

Charles announced in October that he has committed to the University of Utah to play tennis. He is a four-star recruit who ranks 146th in the Boys’ Class of 2024- Seniors. Anna’s younger sister, Jane Frey, plays softball, and their mother, Jennie, has shared a compilation video of her daughter’s accomplishments on the pitch.

Jennis sent a photo in early January of Anna and Charles competing at the Level One Winter Nationals. She stated that Anna finished second in the Under 18 Girls’ event. Anna finished fourth at last year’s Easter Bowl 2023 Championship. She also got a Sportsmanship Award. Anna has 880.8k TikTok followers, and nearly all of her videos have gotten at least 3 million views.

Brock Purdy Siblings

Brock Purdy, the 49ers quarterback, has two siblings: Whittney and Chubba Purdy. The footballer, the family’s middle child, grew up in a competitive setting in Gilbert, Arizona. Shawn and Carrie Purdy have three children who participate in sports. Shawn was a right-handed pitcher during his career, and the Pittsburgh Pirates drafted him in the minors.

Throughout his minor league career, he also played for the Kansas City Royals, Oakland Athletics, and California Angels. Despite being a 49ers great, Brock Purdy grew up as a Miami Dolphins fan, thanks to his father. Previously, in an interview, the father-son duo stated that they were huge fans of former Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino, who wore the number 13.

So there’s the backstory behind Purdy’s jersey number. Brock’s elder sister, Whittney Purdy, attended Spartanburg Methodist before transferring to Southeastern University. Whittney alternated between third base and shortstop when playing baseball. Chubba Purdy, Brock’s younger brother, is a quarterback who recently transferred to Nevada from Nebraska.

He had previously committed to San Jacinto State but moved to Nevada after coach Brent Brennan left for Arizona. Chubba, a former four-star recruit, appeared in six games last season and will start the final two in 2023.
