Rome Flynn has become a household name in the industry as a result of his outstanding performances in a number of television shows. The actor won a Daytime Emmy Award for his role on the CBS daytime program The Bold and the Beautiful.

But Rome would not be here if his mother had not raised him and his siblings as a single parent. His father had abandoned the household a long time ago, leaving her mother to shoulder complete responsibility.

Let’s look at his family life and get to know the attractive hunk up close and personal.

Who are the parents of Rome Flynn?

Nickey Alexander, a chef, raised Rome as his firstborn son. We’ve all heard the expression’started at the bottom, now we’re here,’ and it certainly applies to Rome’s life.

He grew up on the streets with his mother, Nickey Alexander, and his seven siblings. However, Rome’s mother never complained, not even for a single day. And, after years and years of struggle, it all paid off. All of her children have improved, particularly her son Rome.

What Happened to Rome Flynn’s Father?

Rome’s mother cared for him and his brothers on her alone. This raises the question of his father’s whereabouts and identity.

Rome and his siblings appear to have never had a father figure in their life. Perhaps this is why Rome avoids discussing his parents in interviews or on television.

Regardless, Rome has a strong attachment to his mother. He even takes her on dates to numerous red-carpet events.

Nickey Alexander was raised by his single mother with seven siblings.

Nickey has eight children, one of whom is Rome. Love and Rekeea Tynese are the names of two of his sisters, and Wisdom and Nino are the names of two of his brothers.

Rekeea, his sister, is a make-up artist who is married and the mother of three children.

His brother, Nino, on the other hand, is a hip-hop musician. He, too, has children.

Rome Flynn’s education includes a basketball scholarship.

Lanphier High School is where the actor completed his high school education. Later, on a basketball scholarship, he enrolled at Benedictine University.

In an unexpected turn of events, Rome’s career took off in the entertainment business rather than sports. A national talent scout discovered him through his social media profile before he became a huge NBA player. He soon launched his acting and singing careers.

Rome Flynn is of mixed race.

We frequently ask why Rome has such wonderful genetics, and it turns out that it is all due to his ethnic heritage. He is of mixed Afro-Cuban and Irish ancestry.

Nickey’s mother owns a restaurant.

Rome’s mother owns the Springfield, Illinois eatery Nickey’s Southern Style Kitchen. In order to give back to the community, she founded the restaurant in 2017.

Her eatery is well-known for feeding the homeless around the holidays. When Nickey was getting ready to open her business in 2017, Thanksgiving was just around the horizon. She then decided to offer her doors on holidays to the homeless or underprivileged.

The Flynns Volunteer in the Community

It was a simple gesture on her part to make her neighborhood feel welcome. Given the conditions she and her children were in, she had always wished to aid the underprivileged.

She explained at the time, “It was like a family goal or a promise: If we ever get to a point where we can make someone’s life a little easier, a little happier, we would.”

Since then, Nickey and her eight children have always opened their doors to the hungry and destitute during the holiday season.

This suggests she split up with Rome a long time ago. Rome and Camia began dating in 2015.

He was previously involved with Molly Noriko Hurley. Kimiko Flynn, the couple’s daughter, was born as a result of their relationship. Kimiko was born to Molly on December 12, 2014.
