Luke Kirby is a highly reserved individual with regard to love relationships. The Gossip Girl star is extremely private regarding her marriage to Andrea Sarubbi. In fact, his reluctance to disclose facts fostered rumors of their divorce years ago.

They, on the other hand, appear to be going strong despite the absence of social media promotion. Here are some facts regarding Kirby and his wife, as well as the notion that they were once separated.

Marriage of Luke Kirby and Andrea Sarubbbi

Kirby and Sarubbi have a long history together. Given that publications from a decade ago refer to them as “long-term” lovers, the couple has been together for a considerable amount of time.

In an August 2013 Daily Mail article, Sarubbi was described as his long-term sweetheart. However, it is unknown when the couple started dating. In 2019, Kirby and Sarubbi began making joint public appearances.

Since then, they have shared the red carpet at a number of award ceremonies and film festivals, including the 2019 Emmys and post-Emmy parties, and the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival.

They have also been married. In an October 2019 Forbes piece on Sarah Barnett, Sarubbi was identified as Kirby’s wife, although no wedding date was given.

Kirby and Sarubbi have several interests, fashion being the most notable. During his red-carpet appearances, the actor dresses to impress, a skill he acquired while watching fashion television with his sister as a child.

The same was true for his wife. In his column for The Cut, he referred to a “shared admiration of fashion shows.” Since Sarubbi is a costume designer in Hollywood, this is an appropriate detail.

According to IMDb, she was the costume stylist for the 2000 television documentary Treasure Seekers. Since then, her professional location has been unknown.

There are rumors regarding Luke Kirby’s divorce

The aforementioned Daily Mail article was regarding the breakup rumor between Kirby and Sarubbi. The article, which was published on August 6, 2013, addressed how the couple may have broken up due to his rumored relationship with Mania Days co-star Katie Holmes.

According to multiple accounts, Kirby had split up with his then-girlfriend, Sarubbi, and even moved out of their shared residence. During this period, he reportedly spent a significant amount of time with Holmes during production breaks.

Kirby was a “single person” at the time the article was published, and he and Holmes were “free to explore the feelings that they had for one another,” according to the Daily Mail. Grazia reportedly conversed with Sarubbi in June of that year.

Regarding her relationship with Kirby, she remarked, “Things may be improving.” According to another source from Look Magazine, Kirby was uncertain about what to do with his crush on Sarubbi. According to these rumors, Kirby and Sarubbi had resolved their issues and returned.
